Caring for children, built on heritage
Bringing Gertrude's world-class paediatric standards to families across Nairobi — close to home and within reach of every budget.

A legacy that began with one act of love
In 1947, Colonel Ewart Grogan donated his home in Muthaiga, Nairobi, in memory of his beloved wife Gertrude. From that single gift grew Gertrude's Children's Hospital — a paediatric institution that has cared for generations of Kenyan children.
Wema Children's Clinic was born from that same heart. We exist to bring Gertrude's world-class standards of paediatric care into the heart of our communities — Umoja and Githogoro — at prices every family can afford.
“Tunakujali” — we care for you, and your little ones.
